although very happy with northern sport co.'s service, I was very disappointed with this product. overall the trap was fair, but the design of this particular dogless system is flimsey at best. I will use northern sport co. again, but not for this trap ! if you are considering this trap, buy MINNESOTA BRAND instead. HOBO
